EXCHANGES are easy, just place a new order and we will credit your original method of payment on your returned order.

Shipping Costs are never refunded. If you received free shipping the shipping charge will be taken out of your return credit.
If you received free shipping on you order, and return the entire order a minimum of $7.50 will be deducted from your return.
Heavier items such as Petunia Pickle Bottom Diaper Bags that receive free shipping will have a minimum shipping of $7.50 or a maximum of $15.OO deducted from your credit. We only deduct the actual shipping cost if over $7.50.

Bear Feet Special Orders and Pre Orders can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

RETURN DETAILS
We do not accept merchandise that has been washed, worn , smells of smoke, food or pet odors, soiled or damaged. Returned merchandise MUST BE in re-saleable condition. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and tags intact to receive complete credit. Returns should be handled with care by you. If they arrive to us in poor condition and we have to steam or dry clean the item you will be charged a 25% restocking fee on each item. Please consider this when choosing to send delicate items back in a mail bag.

Place your new order online if you are making an exchange.
