All returns must be in NEW AS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED saleable condition. All Petunia Pickle Bottom items are guaranteed authentic and come with the Petunia Pickle Bottom product guarantee. RETURN DETAILS
We do not accept merchandise that has been washed, worn , smells of smoke, food or pet odors, soiled or damaged. Returned merchandise MUST BE in re-saleable condition. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and tags intact to receive complete credit. Returns should be handled with care by you. If they arrive to us in poor condition and we have to steam or dry clean the item you will be charged a 25% restocking fee on each item. Please consider this when choosing to send delicate items back in a mail bag. Diaper Bags must be sent in the proper size box. You cannot cram a diaper bag into a box that is too small. It will damage the bag and make in unsaleable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN DETAILS
International Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any returns to trenditikes. We handle all USA warranties on the products we sell, but we do not cover the cost of international shipping to us or back to you. We do cover the cost of shipping to our vendor and back to us before we resend the replacement item to you. NOTE: Diaper Bags must be sent in the proper size box.
