Rebecca was very helpful when I was trying to decide what size to buy my daughter. I thought they would be too big, but they are just a bit roomier. She can wear them now and still have room to grow later. I ended up going with all Baby Lulu items because they are so comfy and wear so well. just wanted to send a quick thank you for the special attention that went along with filling my recent order. my daughter wears nothing but baby lulu; however, she has actually never owned a pair of lulu shoes before. while pre-ordering almost everything from the 'fall peony' line, i went ahead and ordered a pair of the tennis shoes in a size 7, not realizing they run small. whomever it was that filled my order took the time to notice this and shipped me a size 9 instead, along with a note stating why. these fit my daughter perfectly. this certainly alleviated the hassle of having to return something.
